Critiquing and Mentoring Service
A critique isn’t about criticising your work, but giving constructive advice to help make your story the best it can be.
We all need another pair of eyes to go over our precious words, and if those eyes are attached to someone with years of experience, then so much better.
I offer feedback in a nurturing way, with thorough explanations, examples and suggestions.
For information about how a critique can benefit you, what it does and doesn't include, and pricing, see this flyer.
"I’ve been encouraged by your knowledge and insight and have learnt so much from the notes you sent. For that I’m forever grateful."
"This gives me a lot more confidence to go on through my manuscript and finish my self-edit. You’ve made a real difference to my writing."
"I have read your notes through three times and am very excited. I can see the issues, and understanding where to focus is so helpful."
"I am so grateful for your input and advise, even more so that this dyslexic can comprehend all the points you have made."
"I knew there was something wrong with the opening, but had no clue where the novel should start. Thanks for your amazing insight and encouragement."
