'Inheriting Fear' bites
She's a hot chick on a cool bike.
Mya Jensen is a chef whose plate is already full. She works hard, rides a motorbike, is a lethal kick boxer and is the guardian of her disabled mother. She's always had to take care of herself and is convinced she doesn't need a man in her life. Especially her cocky new neighbor, Detective Luca Patterson, with his blonde pony tail and tight jeans.
Luca isn't sure what to make of his sexy neighbor. She's feisty and brash, but he can't stop thinking about her. The trouble is, every time he's onto a lead in his latest case, her name pops up. Mya could be a misunderstood girl from the wrong side of the tracks, or involved in something sinister. He needs to keep his distance, but is compelled to delve deeper.
Someone is sending threatening letters to Mya, and they've made it clear they're not afraid to follow through. A sizzling interlude with Luca is a complication she doesn't need and it puts Mya's desires and needs at odds.
Will this independent woman try to fight her way out of this one, or finally open her heart?
